This Gorgeous Condo sleeps up to 8 people. With over 1750 square feet, there's plenty of room for the whole family, for entertaining friends while on your vacation. This Condo has been thoughtfully furnished and professionally decorated, so that your family has everything they need to have an amazing vacation at the beach.

The fully stocked kitchen features granite counter-tops and stainless-steel appliances. Start your day off in the breakfast nook with spectacular views of the Gulf. There's nothing better than sipping your morning coffee on the spacious large balcony overlooking the beach.The comfortably furnished living room offers an  large flat screen smart TV, large sofa sectional. There is plenty of seating for everyone to relax together.

The condo has A full-size washer and dryer allows you to pack light and ensures you'll always have dry beach towels. All doors and windows feature plantation shutters, so you can enjoy the spectacular views or shut out the light when you want to sleep in.

The master bedroom offers a king-size bed and direct access to the large balcony. The master bathroom features an oversized garden soaking tub and spacious stand-up shower. Even when getting ready for the day, you're greeted with amazing beach views from the large bathroom windows.

The second bedroom offers two queen size beds and a full-size closet. The second full bathroom is accessible from the hallway.

The third bedroom offers a queen- size bed and a full closet. Private bathroom has a spacious walk-in shower. As a guest of this unit, you have access to the owner's private storage area with all the amenities you need for the beach, including beach chairs,umbrella, and much more. The Beach Colony Resort is a gated resort property comprised of two towers. Each floor has 4 condos per floor for privacy and seclusion. The resort offers One very large pool and a large fitness center which is directly across from this condo on the same floor. Workout with an awesome beach view. Tennis courts, and a private accessible boardwalk to the beach.

The best thing about this vacation home, (other than the tasteful and comfortable amenities, amazing views, beautiful white sand beach, and gorgeous sunsets) is the location! Navarre Beach has plenty to offer, including world-class golf course. great nightlife venues, delicious local cuisine, convenient local shopping, and the longest fishing pier on the Gulf. But if you're looking for some additional excitement and entertainment opportunities, you're less than 20 miles from Destin florida to the east and less than 20 miles from Pensacola beach Florida to the west.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $125.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 60 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
