Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $125.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 60 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
If any reservation is cancelled 60 prior to arrival, a full refund minus $125.00 fee will be returned. If any reservation is cancelled inside of 60 days prior to arrival, all monies will be forfeited unless the unit can be re-booked for the same dates.Location
