Toes in the Sand Amazing beach house, private pool & In-law suite

Welcome to Toes in the Sand. This unique house has 6 bedrooms and 5 baths and is located on White Sands Blvd: Just a short distance from the beach access #37 and the Gulf of Mexico. One of the best vacation homes on Navarre Beach; this awesome beach house offers a heated pool, fire pit, separate mother in law suite, close proximity to the beach access, and plenty of room to roam for the entire family.
This beautiful homes centerpiece is the large swimming pool with sun pad and large backyard, but you will also enjoy all of the extra amenities . Shaded picnic table, grills, firepit area, and beach toys.
Toes in the Sand has multiple entry ways. The main house has a separate entry from front , or the center steps welcome you to both the main house and mother in law suite with entry for each on the back of the house.
Starting with the main house, as you enter the main floor, the kitchen is well appointed with all the amenities of home, stainless appliances, granite counter tops, gray shaker cabinets with center island, and a huge hand made dining room table with plenty of seating.

The family room is open to the kitchen and offers a large sectional with 2 separate sitting area chairs with shiplap accent wall and flat screen tv . The main level also has a guest bedroom and bath which has 2 bunks. One bunk has 2 full beds, one bunk has 2 twin beds , flat screen tv, and small play area for reading and games.

Heading upstairs: the master bedroom offers a king size bed, twin over trundle, flat screen tv, views of the pool and access to the upper balcony. Guest bedroom 1 has a queen bed, flat screen tv, and shares the full bath in hallway. Guest bedroom 2 has 2 twin beds and shares the full bath in hallway. Guest bedroom 3 offers a queen size bed, flat screen tv and full ensuite bath.
Back to the main level; the back deck flows to the mother in law guest suite which has a full size kitchen , grey shaker cabinets with granite counter tops, stainless appliances , and fully stocked cookware. The kitchen is open to a family room which offers extra sleeping arrangements with 1 twin over trundle and flat screen tv. The master bedroom in law suite has a king size bed, flat screen tv and shares a full size bath. This master has views of the Santa Rosa sound.
Overall, the back of the house has plenty of room and seating to accommodate a huge family and friends. Views of the backyard pool area from just about any deck location. The upper deck has views of the Gulf of Mexico , pool, and views as far as the eye can see.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $125.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 60 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
