The main deck is equipped with a grill ready for entertaining.Empty lots on both sides of the house. There is a pool table, 2 full size refrigerators/freezers, wet bar and a large, open family area surrounded by over-sized windows. Please note, Tv service is Direct TV, Internet service is ATT with top speed at 25MBPS.This property requires a $1000 Refundable damage deposit from all booking portals .

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $125.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 60 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
